Sec. 3.
The fees sufficient to cover expenses incurred under this act shall be charged for each inspection and promptly forwarded to the state treasurer and credited to the general fund and shall be deposited by him in the state treasury, to be disbursed in such manner and for such purposes as are provided by law.
