324.11554 Administration and enforcement of part.

Sec. 11554.

The department of agriculture and rural development, and not the department of environmental quality, shall administer and enforce this part in connection with any material that is licensed or registered under part 85 or 1955 PA 162, MCL 290.531 to 290.538.
