324.36117 Report; recommendations to legislature.

Sec. 36117.

The state land use agency shall prepare a report and make recommendations to the legislature not later than January 30, 1976, for a state plan for preserving open space lands, agricultural and horticultural lands, unique or critical land areas, recreational lands, and historic lands.
