333.16303 Nonrefundable application processing fee; examination or inspection fee; fee for initial license or registration period.

Sec. 16303.

Each application for a license or registration shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application processing fee. The department may also require that the application be accompanied by a fee for a required examination or inspection or the fee for the initial license or registration period.
