388.1827 Vehicles manufactured outside United States.

Sec. 227.

A community college shall not use funds appropriated in section 201 to enter into a lease for, or to purchase, a vehicle assembled or manufactured outside of the United States if competitively priced and comparable quality vehicles made in the state of Michigan or elsewhere in the United States of America are available.
