388.674 School aid; applications, reports.

Sec. 4.

Any district coming under the provisions of this act shall make application to the superintendent of public instruction on forms provided for that purpose and shall furnish such reports and information as is deemed necessary by the superintendent of public instruction for the proper determination of aid.
