388.819 Reorganization of school district not balancing budget in following fiscal year; recommendation.

Sec. 9.

A school district receiving an emergency loan under this act shall balance its budget in the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year for which it receives an emergency loan or, following recommendation by the state committee, shall be reorganized by the state board.
