390.1328 Amount of grant; determination; criteria.

Sec. 8.

The amount of the grant to be paid for each semester or trimester shall be determined by the authority based upon an evaluation of the family's financial resources. Uniform criteria of need, as defined by the authority, shall be used in evaluating the family's financial resources.
