Sec. 3.
The local school district shall appropriate adequate funds to cover the cost of supplies, materials, services and salaries of the teacher-coordinators for an 11-month program, except that the state of Michigan may appropriate $10,000.00 per year towards such a program approved under section 2 of this act.
