460.1113 Pollution control equipment; use of electricity or natural gas in installation, operation, or testing; exemption.

Sec. 113.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this part, electricity or natural gas used in the installation, operation, or testing of any pollution control equipment is exempt from the requirements of, and calculations of compliance required under, this part.
