500.3612a Individual conversion policy; determination of premium; factors; limitation.

Sec. 3612a.

Notwithstanding section 3612(8), for a policy delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in this state on or after January 1, 2014, the premium for an individual conversion policy under section 3612 shall be determined only by using the rating factors set forth in section 3474a.
