54.203b Property controlling corner; recordation.

Sec. 3b.

If a property controlling corner has been recorded or used as an original public land survey corner or protracted public land survey corner, the property controlling corner must be recorded on the same land corner recordation certificate required to be filed under section 3 or 3a.
