767.10 Grand jury; affirmation in lieu of oath.

Sec. 10.

Any person returned as a grand juror shall be allowed to make affirmation, substituting the word “affirm” instead of the word “swear”; and also the words, “this you do under the pains and penalties of perjury”, instead of the words “so help you God”.
