774.17 Peremptory challenges.

Sec. 17.

In a misdemeanor or ordinance violation case in the municipal court, the prosecuting attorney may challenge 5 jurors peremptorily and the defendant may challenge 5 jurors peremptorily. In addition, the prosecuting attorney and the defendant may challenge 5 talesmen peremptorily.
