Nevada Revised Statutes Section 666A.050 - Banks and Related Organizations

“Foreign” defined. “Foreign” means organized under the law of a foreign country or a colony, dependency or possession of a foreign country, or of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands or a territory of the United States.
