Creditors’ claims to be in writing under oath; examination of claimants. Every claim against any corporation for which a receiver has been appointed shall be presented to the receiver in writing and upon oath. The claimant, if required, shall submit himself to such examination in relation to the claim as the court shall direct, and shall produce such books and papers relating to the claim as shall be required. The court shall have power to authorize the receiver to examine, under oath or affirmation, all witnesses produced before him touching the claim or any part thereof.
