Use of unregistered exchange by broker-dealer or representative prohibited. A broker-dealer or his representative shall not use a securities exchange to effect or report any transaction concerning a security unless the securities exchange is registered with the Securities Division or is exempt from the requirements for registration pursuant to NRS 90.453.
