Order of discharge when clemency granted. Whenever clemency is granted by the Board, there shall be served upon the Director of the Department of Corrections or other officer having the person in custody, an order to discharge him therefrom upon a day to be named in the order, upon the conditions, limitations or restrictions named therein.
