Nevada Revised Statutes Section 213.15105 - Correctional Institutions

Placement of alleged parole violator in residential confinement pending inquiry. The Chief Parole and Probation Officer may, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 213.15193, 213.15195 and 213.15198, order any parolee who is arrested pursuant to NRS 213.151 to be placed in residential confinement in lieu of detention in a county jail pending an inquiry to determine whether there is probable cause to believe that the parolee has committed any act which would constitute a violation of his parole.
