Nevada Revised Statutes Section 69.020 - Courts and Civil Procedure

Prevailing party entitled to costs. The prevailing party in justices’ courts is entitled to costs of the action, and also of any proceedings taken by him in aid of an execution issued upon any judgment recovered therein.
