Admissibility of evidence. In any proceeding resulting from a report made or action taken pursuant to NRS 200.5091 to 200.50995, inclusive, or in any other proceeding, the report or its contents or any other fact related thereto or to the condition of the older person who is the subject of the report may not be excluded on the ground that the matter would otherwise be privileged against disclosure under chapter 49 of NRS.
