Criminal penalties. Any person, firm, or any officer or managing agent of any corporation or association who knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of NRS 207.171 shall be punished:
1. For the first or second offense, for a misdemeanor.
2. For the third offense and all subsequent offenses, for a gross misdemeanor.
