Nevada Revised Statutes Section 207.210 - Crimes and Punishments
Destruction of signs or notices forbidding trespass. It shall be a misdemeanor for any person maliciously to tear down, mutilate or destroy any sign, signboard or other notice forbidding trespass within an enclosure.
