Failure of person solemnizing marriage to make and deliver certificate to county recorder. Every person solemnizing a marriage who fails or neglects to make and deliver to the county recorder an originally signed copy of the certificate thereof, within the time specified in NRS 122.130, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
