Powers of Commission: Standards for maintenance, use and operation of electric poles, wires, cables and appliances. The Commission is authorized and directed to prescribe the standards for the maintenance, use and operation of electric poles, wires, cables and appliances of all public utilities within the State engaged in the business of furnishing electric power, light and energy.
