Nevada Revised Statutes Section 704.68928 - Energy - Public Utilities

“Electing PAR carrier” defined. “Electing PAR carrier” means a PAR carrier which:

1. Makes an election to become an electing PAR carrier pursuant to NRS 704.68948; and

2. Is regulated in the manner described in that section.
