Nevada Revised Statutes Section 705.450 - Energy - Public Utilities
Penalty for willful obstruction or delay of train. Every person who shall willfully obstruct, hinder or delay the passage of any car lawfully operated upon any railway shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
