Nevada Revised Statutes Section 51.275 - Witnesses and Evidence

Reputation concerning boundaries or general history. Reputation in a community, arising before the controversy, as to:

1. Boundaries of or customs affecting lands in the community; and

2. Events of general history important to the community or to the State or nation in which the community is located,

�are not inadmissible under the hearsay rule.
