Registration required. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] Any person who wishes to make any repair or adjustment, for hire, to a weighing or measuring device must submit to the State Sealer of Weights and Measures:
1. An application for a certificate of registration on a form provided by the State Sealer of Weights and Measures;
2. The annual fee prescribed by regulation pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 581.075; and
3. Such other information required by the State Sealer of Weights and Measures.
