Nevada Revised Statutes Section 581.510 - Food and Other Commodities

Meetings; quorum; officers.

1. The Council shall meet as its president deems necessary.

2. Four members of the Council constitute a quorum.

3. The members of the Council shall elect a President, a Vice President, an Executive Secretary and a Treasurer.
