Nevada Revised Statutes Section 582.043 - Food and Other Commodities

Licenses: Record of licenses issued. The State Sealer of Weights and Measures shall:

1. Grant licenses as public weighmasters to qualified applicants; and

2. Keep a record of all applications submitted and all licenses issued.
