Nevada Revised Statutes Section 584.107 - Food and Other Commodities
Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 584.103, or refuses or neglects to obey any lawful order of the Commission, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
