“Device” defined. “Device” means any instrument or contrivance intended for trapping, destroying, repelling or mitigating insects or rodents, or destroying, repelling or mitigating fungi or weeds, or such other pests as designated by the Director. The term does not include equipment used for the application of pesticides when sold separately therefrom.
