“Auxiliary plant chemicals” defined. “Auxiliary plant chemicals” means substances such as hormones, auxins, materials for reducing preharvest drop of fruit, materials for promoting rooting of cuttings, bacterial inoculants, and similar products intended to be used for influencing plantlife.
