Nevada Revised Statutes Section 590.320 - Food and Other Commodities

Advertising of product not sold by advertiser. It is unlawful for any person engaged in the business of selling at retail any petroleum products for internal combustion engines, to display any sign or other designating mark at or near the person’s place of business describing or designating a brand, trademark or trade name or the words “no brand” of any petroleum products for internal combustion engines, not actually sold or offered for sale or delivery at the person’s place of business.
