Claims against estate of ward. A guardian of the estate shall pay from the guardianship estate pursuant to NRS 159.105 to 159.109, inclusive, all just claims against the ward, the estate or the guardian as such, whether accruing before or after the appointment of the guardian and whether arising in contract, in tort or otherwise.
