Penalty for failure to account. If any guardian fails to file any account of the money received by him from the Department of Veterans Affairs on account of his ward within 30 days after such account is required by either the court or the Department of Veterans Affairs, or fails to furnish the Department of Veterans Affairs with a copy of his accounts as required by this chapter, such failure constitutes grounds for removal.
