“Quarantine” defined. “Quarantine” means the physical separation and confinement of a person or a group of persons exposed to or reasonably believed by a health authority to have been exposed to a communicable disease who do not yet show any signs or symptoms of being infected with the communicable disease from persons who are not infected with and have not been exposed to the communicable disease, to limit the transmission of the communicable disease to persons who are not infected with and have not been exposed to the communicable disease.
