Provision of medical supplies and financial aid for treatment of indigent patients. If a person in this state who has a sexually transmitted disease is, in the discretion of the Health Division, unable to afford approved treatment for the disease, the Health Division may provide medical supplies or direct financial aid to any physician, clinic or dispensary in this state, within the limits of the available appropriations and any other resources, to be used in his treatment. A physician, clinic or dispensary that accepts supplies or aid pursuant to this section shall comply with all conditions prescribed by the Board relating to the use of the supplies or aid.
