“Children’s camp” defined. As used in NRS 444.220 to 444.320, inclusive: “Children’s camp” means any land with permanent buildings, tents or other structures established or maintained as living quarters where both food and lodging or the facilities therefor are provided for minors, operated continuously on a 24-hour basis for a period of 5 days or more each year for religious, recreational or vacation purposes, either free of charge or for a fee, but does not include any camps owned or leased for individual or family use, penal or correctional purposes, or places operated for the education, care or treatment of children.
