Nevada Revised Statutes Section 445A.190 - Public Health and Safety
Penalties. Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of NRS 445A.170 to 445A.185, inclusive, or of the rules and regulations hereby established shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
