Certain employees of food establishments required to wear hair net or other suitable covering to confine hair. The State Board of Health shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations requiring that any person employed in the preparation or service of food or beverages to patrons on the premises of a food establishment, or who comes in contact with eating or cooking utensils used for such service, whose hair length exceeds specified limits shall wear a hair net, cap or other suitable covering which confines the hair while such person is engaged in the performance of his duties. Such rules and regulations shall specify the minimum hair length to which such requirement applies.
