Retaliation or discrimination against employee of medical facility who reports or participates in investigation or proceeding relating to sentinel event or certain conduct of physician: Legal recourse of employee. An employee of a medical facility who believes that he has been retaliated or discriminated against in violation of NRS 449.205 may file an action in a court of competent jurisdiction for such relief as may be appropriate under the law.
