Contract for delivery of body to Committee prohibited; Committee authorized to accept body left by will.
1. The Committee is prohibited from entering into any contract, oral or written, whereby any sum of money shall be paid to any living person in exchange for which the body of such person shall be delivered to the Committee when such living person dies.
2. If any person executes a will leaving his body to the Committee for the advancement of medical science and such person dies within the geographical limits of the State, the Committee is hereby empowered to accept and receive such body.
