Disposal of remains after use. At any time any body, or part of any body accepted by the Committee, has been used and deemed of no further value to medical or dental science, the person having charge of such body or parts of such body will dispose of the remains by cremation or as otherwise specified under prior mutually agreed special conditions of acceptance.
