Enucleation of eyes. A licensed funeral director, a licensed embalmer, a medical technician or a licensed nurse may enucleate an eye of a dead person in order to carry out a gift made pursuant to the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act if the director, embalmer, technician or nurse has successfully completed a course, approved by the Board of Medical Examiners, in the procedure for enucleation of eyes.
