Nevada Revised Statutes Section 452.300 - Public Health and Safety

Opening road through cemetery unlawful without consent; penalty. Every person who shall make or open any road, or construct any railway, turnpike, canal or other public easement over, through, in or upon, such part of any enclosure as may be used for the burial of the dead, without authority of law or the consent of the owner thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
