Authority of Director of Department concerning gifts, grants, donations and contributions; deposit of money in State Treasury.
1. The Director of the Department may apply for or accept any gifts, grants, donations or contributions from any source to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
2. Any money the Director receives pursuant to subsection 1 must be deposited in the State Treasury pursuant to NRS 453A.730.
