Misuse of hypodermic device; penalty. Any person who has lawfully obtained a hypodermic device, as provided by NRS 454.480 to 454.530, inclusive, and uses, permits or causes, directly or indirectly, such a device to be used for any purpose other than that for which it was purchased is guilty of a misdemeanor.
