Publication of report of investigation or test. The Health Division may publish reports based on its investigation or testing of any drug, medicine, compound or device prescribed, recommended or used by any person or association, and if the Health Division determines that the use of any drug, medicine, compound or device in the diagnosis, treatment or cure of cancer constitutes an imminent danger to health or a gross deception of the public, the Health Division may take appropriate steps to publicize the danger or deception involved in such use. No such report is admissible in evidence in any criminal prosecution.
